1. Consultation

We start with a free consultation call to discuss fit, identify your goals, and discover more about the cofounder clarity process.

Both cofounders must be present and engaged to start the program.

2. Onboarding

We start with individual meetings for sharing relevant background context.

You each complete my proprietary Cofounder Satisfaction Index (CSI) to assess your team’s strengths and areas of growth.

3. Exploration

The first group session focuses on reviewing the results of your CSI and setting goals our engagement.

As we discuss, I share observations about your qualitative strengths and potential challenges. This provides us with a clear roadmap for improvement.

 

4. Identification

The middle phase of our work involves identifying key patterns in your communication that can be further optimized.

Once these blockers are identified, we construct clear skills and tools to change these dynamics at their core. This leads to long-term change.

5. Implementation

Together we develop new communication strategies and practice their implementation.

These skills, based on the Cofounder Clarity Coaching Method, construct a clear framework for you to implement after our work ends and will help you complete this program with confidence.

6. Clarity

The end of our process involves consolidating takeaways to ensure optimal alignment processes are in place for future challenges.

You will leave this process with a sense of accomplishment and clarity for the future of your partnership.
